Vini yoga type practice proceeds step by step, by listening your own body and respecting it´s boundaries. Practice progress gradually, bringing well being and inner silence. Classes are suitable for beginners and students with some yoga experience.

Gentle practice prepares your body and mind for childbirth. Selected tools of yoga as certain asana, pranayama, visualization and chanting are suitable for pregnancy and supports childbirth.

Selected asana practice supports recovery from the childbirth and helps you to maintain strenght and flexibility of your body. Relaxation gives energy for parenthood. You are welcome to join postnatal yoga classes together with your baby. (max. age 8 months)
